You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Should you change your mind about a purchase you have made with us, you have the option of returning the item within 30 days of having received it and can opt for a full refund excluding return freight charges. Master Direct does not pay for freight when products are returned. We will require the item to be unused and in its original packaging for these returns. Once we receive the returned items, we will fully refund you the amount you paid for the order less any cost for shipping the items to you.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Light Vision as soon as possible for a replacement (if available) or a full refund. Please contact our Customer Care Team at sales@lightvision.com.au to assist with organizing your return. You may be required to send us images of the damage for further assessment. Lightvision will give you the option to arrange a replacement for part/whole of the item or provide you with a full refund. Any refund is made back to the payment option you chose with your original order. Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to one of our specialists (you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so). Light Vision works closely with suppliers to ensure all products have appropriate warranties. Please email sales@lihgtvision.com.au to submit a warranty claim. You may be required to send us images of the damage to aid in our assessments. We will then contact the supplier to finalize your warranty claim. Please do not attempt to return an item before speaking to one of our specialists (you may be responsible for any associated expenses). All orders will be despatched in 1 to 2 business days depending on the day of the week your order is placed. Once your order is shipped delivery time frames may vary depending on where in Australia you are located. All orders placed with Lightvision are delivered during business hours. If you order multiple items from our website, you may receive multiple deliveries as some items may be sent from different warehouse locations. Australia Post unfortunately will not specify an exact delivery time for items ordered. We are currently unable to cater to any additional delivery requests including, but not limited to: express shipping, selection of specific delivery date or time, weekend deliveries, reserving or holding stock in our warehouse, consolidation of multiple orders or consolidation of items in an order if they are dispatched from more than one location.
I’ve installed this in my caravan kitchen area, and it’s both functional and stylish. The hidden mounting fixtures give it a clean appearance, and the touch switch is intuitive. Couldn’t ask for a better interior light!
This light is a great addition to my truck. The 11.6W output is powerful enough for all interior tasks, and the surface mounting system made it easy to install. It’s compact but delivers excellent illumination.
I was looking for a lighting upgrade for my caravan, and this 300mm light exceeded expectations. The integrated touch switch is very responsive, and the even lighting makes the space feel bigger. Highly recommended!
I installed this light in my heavy trailer, and it’s been fantastic. The IP67 rating means it can handle dusty environments, and the aluminium housing makes it feel very sturdy. Easy to mount and great illumination.
The 300mm light is perfect for my trailer’s interior. The brightness is spot on, and the 518 lumens provide plenty of visibility. The slimline design and hidden fixtures give it a sleek look. The touch switch works like a charm. Great product!
